Joe
has 39 years experience in the electrical industry starting as a Navy Electrician.
In addition to his experience as a Project Coordinator, he has instructed
on the National Electrical Code for over nine years. He is a former Chief
Electrical Inspector for the City of Providene, Rhode Island and a National
Electrical Code Consultant. Joe is well known in the electrical industry
as one of the foremost regional authorities on the National Electrical
Code.
He has been involved with
the following major projects: Weston Hotel, Providence, RI; Providence
Convention Center; Manchester Street Repowering Project and currently the
Providence Place Mall.
